Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Kitchen Assistant will work under the direct supervision of the manager and the head chef, ensuring the maintenance of the kitchen and the quality of the food prepared. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing ingredients and working on the grill and fryers.
- Adhering to company standards in food preparation.
- Proper storage of goods and products.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen according to sanitary and hygiene requirements.
- Complying with safety and health regulations at work.
Candidate Requirements
